Privacy Policy           

“The Company” is referred to any customer or user of the Barjan website in this document.          

            1.         “Confidential and Proprietary Information” shall mean any business information or property including, but not limited to, client and referral source information, reports, processes, income and other financial information, personnel information, and any other information not otherwise publicly known.  Confidential and Proprietary Information shall also include any proposals, results, reports and advice, whether written or otherwise, provided by The Company to Barjan as part of the evaluation of the business and operations.

            2.         Barjan agrees not to disclose any Confidential or Proprietary Information obtained from Barjan to any third party without the prior written consent of The Company.  Barjan further agrees to exercise reasonable care to prevent the disclosure of Confidential and Proprietary Information to any other party.

            3.         Barjan agrees to only use the Confidential and Proprietary Information obtained from The Company for internal evaluation purposes associated with the evaluation of the business and operations of The Company unless prior written permission is obtained from The Company.

            4.         The Company agrees that all Confidential and Proprietary Information remains the sole property of Barjan, and agrees to promptly return all confidential information (including all copies and reproductions thereof) upon receiving a written request from The Company.
